After complaining I reached "Dennis" the CFO who apologized and promised he'd look into the situation an call me in 24 hours. Three weeks later, no calls, no updates, and my emails and calls to Dennis go unanswered. I believe this is a dishonest and deceptive company from top to bottom and I fear my sectional will never come and it may take legal action to get my money back. I suggest you AVOID Kreiss furniture.
I grew up with Kreiss in my family's home in Palm Springs. I always loved how comfy the furniture was. I just bought a sectional for my media room in Santa Monica and I love it. My favorite thing that Kreiss sells is their bed linens though. I haven't found anything else like them.
Amazing product. Amazing service. Most comfortable sofa I have ever had and I've had a few in my day. LOL.
I've been a longtime customer of KREISS! I absolutely love their products and service. I challenge you to find a more comfortable sofa on the planet!!
Beware... This is a company that promises short production times and fast delivery of quality furniture but once you have paid the excuses and missed deadlines begin. Highly deceptive, and not just at the stores but at their corporate offices as well. We were promised 8-10 weeks delivery of our very expensive sectional, but after 8 weeks with no updates I inquired if delivery was imminent only to learn that the order had been lost and the fabric was never ordered and it would be an ADDITIONAL 12 weeks, maybe longer!
