not bad , not bad at all!
Never coming back here
I came here back when it was called "The Factory", and now its revamped itself with a lady with live snake and glass room with some S&M girl on girl make out sesh. On top of that the Spice guy with a mermaid for sparkle glitter in replacement for seashell bra! That's enough to catch anyones attention !!
can be fun early.
This place is great, if you get there early! Celebs love making cameos here. Saw Cher here rocking out a few times looking fabulous. Again it GETS CROWDED. Semi good music, strong drinks, but they need to invest in a strong A/C.
Factory has been the largest night club in West Hollywood since back in 1974 when it landed on scene as Studio One (no, I was not present for that grand opening but I do still have a 10th anniversary button from 1984). It was West Hollywood's longest ruining night club and since then it has under gone a few make overs and owners. From Axis to Factory the club has scene it all. Some things do not change even with new owners though. The general layout of the club will never change. It is still a very large rectangular shaped dance floor anchored at two ends by two different bars and sitting areas. The front bar is the quieter of the two since it is protected from the noise from the dance floor by a wall that has two different entrance points to the dance floor. The back bar has a smaller sitting area and no such thing as a wall between it and the dance floor so it is loud at the back bar. There is a halfway of of the north side wall that leads to large men's and women's bathrooms. I can only speak for the men's room but for the amount of traffic that goes through it, the staff does a pretty good job of keeping it clean. There is also a separate smaller club space known as the Penthouse behind the east wall of the dance floor and back bar. If the Penthouse does not have its own thing happening on any given weekend you will find two large double doors open to allow pass through between the two spaces with the Penthouse offering more sit down areas and a small dance floor with a different DJ. All in all, Factory gets a good crowd and the weekends are generally festive. The dance floor is actually on the second floor of the building and had always moved up and down when large crowds are dancing on it (at least it has been since I was going there since the early 80's) so don't let that throw you and just have a good time.
One of the people here used my card and added their own amount and tip
We all had a pretty great time, despite the far ass drive to we ho!
Aside from those 'extra' features the music is pretty awesome! The main room had a great EDM mixes and the following room pass the bathroom is the Hip hop room!
